Close your eyes. Imagine orange, lavender, chamomile, and marjoram. Sweet and calming. A perfect blend to roll on your feet before bed. Roll on temples for headaches. I like to roll the oil into my palms and take a deep breath. Sweet Serenity= if the northern lights had a smell...this would be it:)

Peaceful feeling

I found that this is a great product to help reduce stress and begin easing my migraines. Roll it on my temples, from the base of my skull down my neck, and the insides of my wrist is all it takes to help reduce the tension and stress.
